Customer experience is our number one priority, we recognise that expedience, clarity and dignity build trust with patients. Our trained multi-disciplinary team will carefully read the patient records, referral details and have pre-engaged a range of providers and experts in order that the patient is provided with the best and most convenient options. We are respectful of patient wishes, religious beliefs and will look to provide services in line with these factors.
For the most complex and urgent patients we triage the case to a senior team member and look to involve a clinician as quickly as possible.
Seamless continuity of care.
At Prime Rehabilitation we can take a case from CitiMedical without changing the case handler in order that the patient get continuity throughout. What seems like simple thing really counts when it comes to building trust with patients. In addition should there be mental health issues the same relationship manager can co-ordinate with our specialist teams.
