Prime Rehabilitation is part of a family of companies which have been defining how the personal injury and private health services are delivered in the UK for nearly 20 years. We now span medico-legal reporting, diagnostics, rehabilitation and mental health services delivering UK wide.
We employ, train and reward talented people who have all helped us shape what we are today. Ultimately we have carved out a reputation for honesty, transparancy and delivering an experience that both the patient and instructing party highly value.
Our philosophy is to put the patient at the centre of all our decision making, this mean we remain focused on medical excellence, speed, recovery, compliance, accuracy and response times. However complex the incident we have the experience, clinical expertise, access to the facilities and build a team to target the best possible outcome for the patient.
Our business is deeply respectful of the lives of the people we assist. While we are commercial, we remain empathetic, respectful of people’s dignity, religion, agency, and remain independent in our assessments and medical advice.

Our Cloud based software has been developed by colleagues who have recognised, award winning expertise in medical reporting and claims procedures. The process has been rigorously mapped and a number of fail safes and triggers put in place to both ensure customer satisfaction , attendance and legal compliance. Consumer data, particularly healthcare information has to be held securely and properly - we employ rigorous processes to protect customers privacy.
